This is Elsa, she is crazy.. and by crazy i mean completely PSYCHO. She is also another character from C:1 and C:2. She is actually a half demon half vampire scientist that has made it her life over the past 600 years to tinker with things that shouldnt be tinkered with. (meaning she creates alot of monsters) She is the one that has created Discord , and Cerberus as well as many other experiment creations.
